All rates are per person per night, including a full English Breakfast to set you up for the day. Discounts may apply for weeknights or stays of 4 nights or longer.
Cottage
Rates vary from £150 - £400 per week depending on the season.
Services included in the rent: all bed linen and towels, central heating,
electricity
and hot water. The cottage is available throughout the year on a weekly
basis (Friday to Friday).Off peak short breaks are also available, either
Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.
Our Bed & Breakfast guests are accommodated in our cottage
at our discretion and have full use of all the cottage facilities.
A full breakfast is served in our adjacent guesthouse.
Evening Meals
Evening meals are also available from as little as £18.00 per head for a three course meal for groups of 8 or more. Please request at time of booking.
Minimum Stay
A two night minimum stay is requested for most weekends and holiday periods;
a three night minimum stay is requested for holiday weekends. If you cannot
stay the 2 or 3 night minimum, please call us and we'll see what we can
work out.
Deposits
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of one night's lodging
to be paid by cash, credit/debit card or cheque, made out to Old Brick
Guesthouse. Payments can also be received via Paypal, please look under "Payment" below
for more information.
Cancellation
Policy
If we receive notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled
arrival, your deposit will be refunded. If notice is received within 7 days
of your arrival and we are unable to let your room, your deposit will be forfeited.
The full daily rate for the length of the reservation will be charged if you
arrive after your scheduled arrival date or leave before your scheduled departure
date. All refunds are subject to a £10.00 processing fee.
Check In - Check
Out
Check In time is 4.00 p.m - 6.00 p.m.
Check Out time is 10.30 a.m.
If you would like an early check in or late check out, please let us know ahead
of time and we'll do whatever we can to accommodate you. There may be an additional
charge for early check in.
Late Arrivals
Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive after 10.00 p.m. so
that we can make appropriate arrangements to get you settled into your room.
Payment
Your final bill may be paid by cash, credit/debit card, personal cheque or
travellers cheque. We can also accept payment via Paypal. If you would like
to use Paypal to pay either a deposit or balance, please email us and we
can
send you
a Paypal
invoice
for the required
amount.
Smoking
The Old Brick Guesthouse is a Non-Smoking B&B. All the facilities,
guesthouse and cottage, are designated as smoke free environments with
no smoking allowed anywhere inside.
Pets
We regret we cannot accommodate pets unless by special arrangement.
Disabled Access
The guesthouse is not well suited to disabled guests as all the rooms are upstairs.
However, the building can be accessed on a level surface from the parking
area beside the guesthouse onto the paved area outside the back door. Once
inside the house, both main and rear staircases are equipped with
handrails.
